Harvist is a locavore establishment helmed by Executive Chef Cassandra Quinlan-Ashford. The menu features American favorites presented with Chef Quinlan-Ashford’s unique style. Greatly influenced by the cuisine of North and South Carolina’s low country, Chef Quinlan-Ashford makes it her own by reinterpreting dishes with global references to the cuisines of the Latino and African Diaspora. The menu, including desserts, feature a rotating list of seasonal specialties locally procured. Seasonally, some greens and herbs will be procured hyper-locally from the roof gardens of the Kalahari and from the permeculture vegetated  living fence along the MIST Terrace.Menu specials will often be coordinated to reflect the cuisines of region from which the entertainment programming originates. The total experience of MIST-Harvist is one no other restaurant or cultural venue in New York City, or perhaps the world, can offer.

We also offer an extensive wine and craft beer list in Harvist and at the MIST Harlem bar in our venue’s lobby..  Please come join us and experience firsthand what only we can offer.
